Dong Nai Customs handles nearly 70 cases of administrative violations in two months

The main violations are the incorrect declaration of tax code, tariff rates for imported goods; violating regulations on the management of raw materials, supplies, machines, equipment, processed products, export production and export processing.
B. VN Co., Ltd was sanctioned nearly VND 1.1 billion for violating regulations on the management of raw material, supplies, machines, equipment, processed products, export production and export processing. This led to a difference in the quantity of actual goods and the accounting document, accounting book, dossier of document of import and export goods.
Along with that, NS.B.L Co., Ltd, was sanctioned VND 922 million for making incorrect declarations for import goods, and J.H VN Company was sanctioned VND 992 million for making incorrect declaration leading to a shortage of the payable tax amount. However, taxpayers detected mistakes and made additional declarations for tax declaration dossier for more than 60 days since the date of clearing goods; D. VN Co., Ltd. was also sanctioned VND 216 million for making an incorrect declaration of tax code of imported goods.
As of February 14, the total amount of revenue collection at Dong Nai Customs Department hit VND 2,573 billion, up nearly 27% compared to the same period in 2020 and equivalent to about 17% compared to the target of 2021.
