This is the 2023 initiative project "Digitizing documents posted at Da Nang Port Border Gate Customs Branch" by an official of the branch.

The project is implemented based on the application of QR code. Accordingly, information is encoded to display so that the machine can read, understand and export necessary information for the user. This application is being used very commonly because of its convenience, speed and accuracy.

The application of QR codes to look up documents is one of the solutions for administrative reform at the branch, a new step in disseminating and publicly posting legal documents and policies to the business community, meeting the search requirements "Easy - Fast - Convenient".

In addition, the QR Code text system is always updated to help businesses grasp information quickly, and help customs officers conveniently look up documents to serve daily operations.

It is known that the initial application of QR codes in document lookup has received many good responses from businesses and customs officers.
