Deputy Prime Minister Pham Binh Minh highly appreciated results of implementation of NSW

Speaking at the conclusion of the 7th session of the Committee 1899, Deputy Prime Minister Pham Binh Minh acknowledged and praised the results of the performance of relevant ministries and sectors.
Regarding the performance of the tasks in the near future, the Deputy Prime Minister directed the Ministry of Finance (the General Department of Vietnam Customs) to continue doing well the role of regulating, monitoring, supervising, and urging ministries and sectors in implementing ASW, NSW and reforming specialized inspection.
Continuing to build and implement the information technology system and perfect the master scheme on building and developing an information technology system for ASW, NSW implementation in the direction of centralized processing; deploying the scheme on "reforming the model of quality inspection, food safety inspection for imported goods" when it is approved.
To implement tasks and objectives, the Ministry of Finance proposed ministries, sectors, and agencies to closely coordinate to officially connect 61 administrative procedures in 2020 to NSW under the Prime Minister’s Decision No.1254/QD-TTg and Decision No.1258/QD-TTg as well as implement the tasks assigned by the Government, the Head of the Steering Committee1899.
At the same time, ministries and sectors should promote complete electronification of the implementation of administrative procedures of public service at level 4, integrate from the stage of submission of dossiers, electronic payments to the return of results; establish a mechanism, and accelerate the sharing of electronic data to optimize the process of procedures via NSW and implement administrative procedures on the National Single Window.
Deputy Prime Minister Pham Binh Minh also asked ministries and sectors to send legal documents related to import-export, trade, investment, and specialized inspection to the General Department of Vietnam Customs to update on the Vietnam Trade Information Portal.
