Supplement 44 procedures connected to National Single Window mechanism, but which ministry has the most procedures?

The 44 administrative procedures are supplemented by seven ministries, including Industry and Trade; Transport; Agriculture and Rural Development; Health; Defence; Natural Resources and Environment; Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs.
The Ministry of Health has the highest number with 15 administrative procedures, such as granting a new number of certificate of free sale (CFS) for medical equipment as a measuring device but does not have to approve samples in accordance with the law on measurement; quickly granting the CFS number for medical equipment; granting an import license for medical equipment; granting import license for medical equipment containing narcotics and pre-substances; granting a license to import raw materials for the production of medical equipment containing narcotics and precursor substances.
Next is the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development with 12 procedures; the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Defence both have six procedures and the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment has three procedures.
Particularly, the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs has only one procedure that is "quality inspection of imported products and goods (group 2)".
Most of the procedures added have a deadline for completion in 2020.
Besides that, Decision 1258 also removed 38 administrative procedures of eight ministries from the list of implementation (as specified in Decision No. 1254/QD-TTg): Industry and Trade; Agriculture and Rural Development; Defence; Natural Resources and Environment; Health; Public Security; State bank; Culture, Sports and Tourism.
In particular, the Ministry of Defence has the largest number with 14 procedures, such as procedures for granting, suspending and cancelling accounts to access the electronic border-gate procedures portal for people implementing procedures; electronic border procedures for Vietnamese ships operating on domestic routes to seaports; electronic border procedures for Vietnamese and Chinese citizens entering and exiting at the border gates of Vietnam – China.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade has one procedure; four procedures of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; eight procedures of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment; two procedures of the Ministry of Public Security; one procedure of the Ministry of Health; three procedures of the State Bank of Vietnam and five procedures of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
Regarding the implementation results, from the time of implementation (2014) to July 31, 2020, the National Single Window has connected to 200 administrative procedures of 13 ministries and sectors, with more than 3.2 million records of approximately 40,000 businesses have been processed.
