Company forced to deduct about VND9 billion of tax debt from account

Customs officers implement customs clearance for goods.

According to the decision, customs has enforced to deduct and freeze from the account of Song My Paper Packaging Co., Ltd in Tay Ninh province in line with the local tax authority’s sanctions.

The branch has requested Dong A Commercial Joint Stock Bank - Quang Trung Transaction Office where the company opened its account, to deduct and freeze the account.

If the amount on the company’s account is less than the tax debt amount stated on the decision, the bank still has to deduct the remaining amount after implementing minus the minimum balance to maintain the account and continue to deduct the arising amount from the company’s account during the effective date of the decision.
