On December 24, 2021, the 2021 Civil Servant Exam of the General Department of Customs announced the exam schedule, list of tests, and the exam room for the first round of the civil servant exam of the General Department of Customs in 2021.

Accordingly, the first round of the Computer-Based Multiple Choice Tests will be held on January 6 and 7, 2022 at the Information and Communication Technology Training Center at 1 Hoang Dao Thuy, Nhan Chinh, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi. The second round of the written tests for customs operation will be held on January 9, 2022 at the Hanoi University of Science and Technology, 1 Dai Co Viet, Bach Khoa, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi.

On December 31, 2021, the Hanoi People's Committee issued Notice 865/TB-UBND, which assessed the Covid-19 pandemic in Thanh Xuan district as Alert Level 3.

Therefore, on January 1, 2022, Thanh Xuan District People's Committee issued Official Letter 01/UBND-VP on adjusting administrative measures corresponding to the Alert Level 3 Covid-19.

According to the Official Letter, from 12 o'clock on January 3, 2022, meetings and events with more than 20 people in one room will not be organized; gatherings of 10 people or more outside of offices, schools, and hospitals in Thanh Xuan district will not be banned.

With the above Covid-19 situation and the direction of the People's Committee of Thanh Xuan district, the General Department of Customs cannot hold the exam on January 6 and 7, 2022 at the Information and Communication Technology Training Center.

The General Department of Customs decided to postpone the 2021 civil servant exam of the General Department of Customs.

Based on the actual situation, the General Department of Customs will decide and issue another notice of the 2021 exam in accordance with regulations on prevention and control of the Covid-19 pandemic.

In the announcement, the General Department of Customs also hopes candidates will sympathize with this inconvenience and actively monitor the next announcements related to the exam for civil servants of the General Department of Customs in 2021 on the website of the General Department of Customs and the customs departments of the provinces and cities with recruitment targets.
