Border Defense force: 84,686 dossiers are implemented via Single Window mechanism

VCN – According to statistics from Command of Border Defense force, since the official implementation of National Single Window mechanism (21/7/2016) till now, the Border Defense force has deployed 3 procedures via National Single Window for 84,686 dossiers and 448 enterprises.

The project of deploying the national single window mechanism of the Command of Border Defense force has completed the connection of the border gate procedures portals with the national single window. It has made significant moves in administrative procedures reform in the implementation of procedures for fishing vessels in the port, greatly reducing the time, costs of procedures and facilitating to people and businesses.

At present, the Command of Border Defense force has deployed 3/22 electronic border guard procedures (entry, exit and transit) via the national single window mechanism at 7 border ports managed by Ministry of Defense including: Hai Phong, Ho Chi Minh City, Ba Ria-Vung Tau, Da Nang, Quy Nhon (Binh Dinh), Nha Trang (Khanh Hoa) and Hon Gai (Quang Ninh).

At 7 ports which are deployed by the Border Defense force, there were 448 enterprises, freight agents registered to participate in the implementation of the national single window mechanism and port border electronic procedures.

It is expected that in 2018, the Command of Border Guard will deploy 9 electronic procedures for seaport border.
