141 procedures have been deployed in 2018

According to the GDVC- the Standing Committee of the National Steering Committee on ASEAN Single Window, National Single Window and trade facilitation, in 2018, 141 procedures have been deployed via National Single Window, reaching 77% of target; implemented the pilot exchanging of ASEAN declaration and e-quarantine certificate; implemented Customs information exchange and C/O with the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU).
In 2019, the Customs sector will deploy administrative procedures which can handle a large number of transactions, and greatly affect operation of enterprises, organizations and the people, and achieve at least 80% of target on the number of procedures.
By 2020, 100% of administrative procedures will be deployed via National Single Window for the collection of fees and charges in electronic form. At the same time, Vietnam will fully participate and deploy ASEAN Single Window in accordance with the commitments; Continue to hold the rank equal with the 4 leading ASEAN countries on clearance and release time of import and export goods, procedures for people and means on exit and entry.
The GDVC’s representative said that as of the end of June 2018, 11 ministries and sectors connected and 53 administrative procedures were handled via National Single Window. 1.3 million sets of dossier were handled and over 22,400 enterprises joined (in first six months of 2018, nearly 411,000 sets of dossier were handled and over 4,300 enterprises joined).

Regarding to the deployment of ASEAN Single Window, since 1st January 2018, Vietnam has officially exchanged information on Certificate of Goods origin form D in electronic form (e-C/O form D) with Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand.
As of 30th June, Vietnam sent 15,356 C/O form D to countries. Of which, 11,463 C/O were sent to Indonesia, 2,237 C/O to Thailand, 1,411 C/O to Malaysia, 425 C/O to Singapore. Total number of C/O form D that Vietnam received from ASEAN countries was 30,670 C/O. Of which, 24,694 C/O were received from Indonesia, 5,910 C/O from Malaysia, 66 C/O from Singapore.
