The above consignment includes 1 container which was inspected and discovered by the Customs Branch of Sai Gon Port Zone 1 in early 2016. The dossier pointed out the receiver that was Tam Phuc Co., Ltd (No. 83, Hamlet 2, Thanh Tam Commune, Chon Thanh District, Binh Phuoc Province). This company opened Customs declaration at Chon Thanh Customs Branch under the Binh Phuoc Customs Department. As declared on the Customs declaration, the imported goods are used machinery

These goods are subject to list of goods banned from import and conditional import. The value of the consignment is nearly 480 million vnd, of which the value of goods banned from import is nearly 410 million vnd.
