Terminate the operation of many customs broker agents

VCN - The General Department of Customs has just issued decisions to terminate customs broker agent operations for unqualified businesses.

Accordingly, in Hai Phong, General Department of Vietnam Customs (GDVC) has revoked the customs broker agent licenses of 2 companies Green Pacific Logistics Co., Ltd and Y&T Logistics Vietnam Co., Ltd.

In Long An, GDVC has revoked the customs broker agent licenses of 2 companies that are Global Customs Services Co., Ltd and Dang Huynh Industrial Park Development and Management Joint Stock Company.

In Ba Ria-Vung Tau, GDVC has revoked the customs broker agent licenses of 2 companies that are PVEP-Vung Tau Branch (Vung Tau Petroleum Exploration and Exploitation Corporation) and Dinh Nguyen Co., Ltd.

In Bac Ninh, GDVC has revoked the customs broker agent licenses of 2 companies that are Duong Phat Trading, Service and General Joint Stock Company and THC Production and Trading Co., Ltd.

In addition, GDVC has revoked the customs broker agent licenses of those following companies: TMT Shipping Co., Ltd. (Nghe An); Petec Warehousing Joint Stock Company (Binh Duong); TCA Trading Service Co., Ltd. (Lam Dong); Vietnam Maritime Agency Joint Stock Company - Nha Trang Maritime Agency (Khanh Hoa); Viral Seven Trading Service Co., Ltd. (Tay Ninh); Ha Giang Agriculture Investment Joint Stock Company (Ha Giang).

The GDC explained that the revocation of licenses for these companies was primarily due to two main reasons: exceeding the inactivity period and failure to meet the required conditions for continued operation following the regulation.
