For the declaration information relating to customs dossiers of entry aircraft sending to the NSW system, Hanoi Customs Department requested airlines that have entry flights landing at Noi Bai International Airport should be implemented in accordance with regulations on limited time for providing information of customs dossiers as stipulated in Point 1, Article 62, Decree 08/2015/NĐ-CP dated January 21, 2015 of the Government (amending and supplementing Point 33, Article 1, Decree 59/2018/NĐ-CP dated April 20, 2020 of the Government).
For bills of lading failing to be submitted on time as prescribed, Hanoi Customs Department directed Noi Bai International Airport Customs Branch to conduct scanning before allowing the goods to be put into the air warehouse.
For the VACCSM system, enterprises operating international air warehouse at Noi Bai airport must make a list of goods that are different from the list of goods expected to be loaded and unloaded and sent to e-customs data processing system, after comparing compatibility between information on the list of expected goods to be provided by the customs authorities and actual goods loaded into the air warehouse.
For goods without information on the list of expected loading, enterprises operating warehouses are requested to arrange a separate storage area and install a surveillance camera connected to the system of customs authorites.
At the same time, the Hanoi Customs Department instructed Noi Bai International Airport Customs Branch to deny to receive information about goods that are not in the list of expected loading into the warehouse and request the airline to provide additional information as prescribed.
