From the beginning of the year, petroleum products are key products remitting revenue to Quang Ninh Customs' budget.
According to the leader of Quang Ninh Customs Department, although some petroleum dealers have tended to slow down the import, the surge in the volume of petroleum imported from Vietnam National Petroleum Group and the increase in petroleum prices in the world is the main factor in raising the revenue.
The revenue from coal also contributes to the increase in the imported volume up 2-3 times compared with the previous year to serve the needs of steel mills and thermal power plants.
The department has made great efforts to promote administrative reform, support businesses, improve competitiveness, and promote import and export.
Specifically, the department successfully held a conference on providing solutions to promote import-export and logistics activities at land border gates in 2022 by the Provincial People's Committee.
On the other hand, the department has also proposed solutions to improve legal support for small and medium-sized enterprises in 2022 and promote the import, export and circulation of goods.
The department has guided and answered 34 problems of enterprises; processed 259 dossiers of 95 enterprises via Online public service HQ36a; carried out procedures for 302 means of transport on exit and entry on the E-Manifest system; returned 306 import declarations on the National Single Window; received 36 C/O form D of countries via the ASEAN Single Window.
