Quang Ninh Customs Department has requested heads of units to continue to closely follow policies and directions of all levels, thoroughly and effectively implement the pandemic prevention and control of agencies and units; strengthen control and comprehensive management of safety when carrying out professional activities of the unit during the pandemic, and ensure outbreaks do not occur at the office or unit.
Regularly review customs officers and employees of the unit who have travel schedules to affected areas to promptly report to local health authorities in order to take anti-pandemic measures following the regulations and strictly maintain the reporting regime.
At the same time, develop a mechanism to strictly control, firmly grasp information and travel itinerary of people going in and out of customs offices and units, applying appropriate pandemic prevention and control measures.
Quang Ninh Customs Department also requires units to conduct assessments and identify high-risk and very high-risk working positions to strengthen pandemic prevention and control measures and conduct weekly or daily testing to ensure the highest safety for customs offices and units.
Customs officers and employees must strictly follow the processes and regulations on pandemic prevention at all times and places; proactively maintain health and restrict travel to affected areas, and strictly implement medical declarations and scan QR codes.
Currently, the Covid-19 pandemic situation is still complicated. Many cases of infection have been detected in some localities of Quang Ninh province (Dong Trieu, Uong Bi, Quang Yen).
The prevention and control of the Covid-19 pandemic have been drastically and effectively implemented by the Quang Ninh Customs Department in parallel with solutions of facilitating and supporting businesses to promote safe import and export activities.
In particular, in order to beat the pandemic, Quang Ninh Customs built plan No. 3321/KH-HQQN on October 8, 2021 to respond to the emulation movement "The whole country unites, joins together to emulate the prevention, control and victory over the Covid-19 pandemic”.
In particular, promoting the spirit of emulation, encouraging creativity, promoting initiatives, mobilizing resources, proposing solutions to limit, repel, adapting to the pandemic, and ensuring officers and employees' health and safety.
At the same time, propose initiatives and solutions to remove difficulties for import and export activities, stabilize production, and contribute to economic recovery in parallel with pandemic prevention and control.
