Promulgate two sets of testing on the assessment of capacity of customs officials

The General Department of Vietnam Customs issued 161 questions from simple level to level 1 related to the presentation procedures of administrative documents in 2020-2022 and 150 questions to evaluate the capacity of customs officials in public duty performance rules.

The issue of the testing set is aimed to implement the plan of deploying human resource management innovation activities in 2020-2022 of the General Department of Vietnam Customs. The content of the questions is to evaluate knowledge, professional skills and public duty performance rules.

The General Department of Vietnam Customs has developed and implemented a human resource management model based on each job position, with a series of activities on building job position systems by job description, capacity framework, management staff, training, retraining, arranging and performing other HR activities based on qualifications, as well as job positions. The General Department of Vietnam Customs is concerned about capacity assessment activities, considering this a key activity.
