Participants join in the online training course held by Vietnam Customs. |
The participants of the training course are students of universities and colleges in the fields of economics, accounting, foreign trade, commerce, import and export, logistics, business, forwarding, etc., who want to learn or work in the customs sector or related areas; employees of enterprises engaged in foreign trade, transportation and logistics activities; staff in foreign-invested enterprises who want to have basic knowledge of customs operations; individuals who desire to be trained professionally to participate in the exam for granting a certificate of customs declaration; enterprises that want to improve the qualifications of newly recruited employees or build a staff team issued a certificate of customs declaration to take the initiative in carrying out customs procedures and importing and exporting; other individuals and organizations wishing to train in basic customs operations.
The training course will provide an overview of the Customs sector for students; will be a necessary basis for taking the exam and achieving career goals for individuals who wish to take the exam for granting the certificate of customs declaration; support enterprises in improving qualifications for newly recruited employees.
The students will be taught contents related to customs and other fields through the class after graduating from the course, and directly contacted with leading lecturers to discuss professional operations; systematize their knowledge and participate in a graduation exam on interactive software to evaluate learning effectiveness and training quality.
Ending the course, the Vietnam Customs School will grant a certificate to candidates, helping them have an advantage when applying for jobs.
The course will include the following topics: Customs law and law related to the customs; tax policy for imported and exported goods; specialized management policies for imports and exports; goods classification; customs value; goods origin; Intellectual Property; customs procedures; handling administrative violations in customs; technical and professional foreign trade.
In addition, participants will practice declaring on the VNACCS/VCIS and free customs declaration software provided by the General Department of Vietnam Customs.
The online training course will open from March 1 and take place on Saturdays and Sundays every week with 10 learning days, and taught by experienced customs officers.
