Accordingly, the first measure is drivers who transport goods must wear protective clothing (specified in Official Letter No. 829 / BYT-MT of February 21, 2020 of the Ministry of Health on border medical quarantine guidance on the Covid-19 prevention for vehicles and drivers) through delivery areasof both sides, ensuring there is no contact with potential sources of epidemic transmission. When returning to their home countries, protective clothing must be destroyed and vehicles sprayed and disinfected by the medical agency; drivers are under medical check at the border gate and not isolated.

The second measure is drivers from the two countries arrive at the border landmark 171 to change their vehicles. Vietnamese drivers before receiving their vehicles to return to Vietnam, must undergo medical checks at the border gate and must not be isolated; vehicles shall be sprayed and disinfected by the medical agency before changing drivers.

The third measure is Goods delivered at the border landmark 171, vehicles of exporting country turn into vehicle of importing country, when returning to Vietnam, these vehicles will be sprayed and disinfected by the medical agency. Transport drivers have their health checked at the checkpoint, not in isolation.
