The Branch took the initiative to report and propose to the Ho Chi Minh City Customs Department to propose the General Department of Vietnam Customs to provide 3 more scanners to ensure the quick clearance of goods for enterprises.
The Express Cargo Customs Branch also assigned officers who have skills on scanners at important positions to promptly perform customs clearance of goods for enterprises.
To implement Circular 56 in the most convenient and effective manner for enterprises, Deputy Manager Bui Thanh Hung also noted that enterprises need interaction between Customs authorities and enterprises. Enterprises should arrange their human resources to meet the requirements of customs authorities classifying goods according to the groups prescribed in Circular 56. The channel classification and storage of goods at enterprises' warehouses must comply with regulations, but it still ensure the clearance time for goods with the fastest time.
