Hai Phong Customs warns about impostors

Earlier, Hai Phong Customs Department received Official Letter 536/SCT-QLTM from the Industry and Trade Department of Hai Phong on the above information.
Leaders of Hai Phong Customs Department directed customs branches to post information and publicly notify the business community and related parties about the content in Official Letter 536 of the Industry and Trade Departmentof Hai Phong.
According to the letter, performing the tasks assigned in the Decision No. 30/2019/QD-TTg of Prime Minister in 2020, the Vietnam National Brand Programme Secretariat - Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency (Ministry of Industry and Trade) is the focal point to coordinate with agencies to organise the seventh selection of products of the Vietnam National Brand and the Announcement Ceremony of Vietnam value (expected to held in the fourth quarter of this year).
However, recently, the Vietnam National Brand Programme Secretariat received some information reflecting that some organisations and individuals pretended to be members of the Secretariat or partners of the Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency to introduce, advise on participation in selection and request financial support for programme activities.
The Vietnam National Brand Programme Secretariat affirmed that they did not authorise, associate, cooperate or permit any organisation or individual to act on its behalf to set up dossiers and consulting, brokerage, supporting the selection of products of the national brand.
