In addition, Hai Phong Customs Department also proposed solutions to strive to achieve targets according to Plan No. 9856/KH-HQHP on implementing tasks to improve the provincial competitiveness index (PCI) 2023-2024 of Hai Phong Customs Department; Plan No. 243/KH-UBND dated September 21, 2023 on improving the provincial competitiveness index (PCI) in 2023 - 2024 of Hai Phong city to improve the business environment, maintain the PCI ranking position of the city in the group of 10 leading provinces and cities in the country and the group of localities with good economic management quality.

In the Plan, Hai Phong Customs Department specifically identifies goals, tasks, and implementation progress for each task and assigns units under the Department to chair and coordinate to perform.
