Hai Phong Customs: 2 branches assigned target of more than VND10,000 billion in 2024

In 2024, Hai Phong Customs Department is assigned a budget revenue target of VND66,490 billion. To make an effort to successfully complete this key political task, the Department has just decided to assign budget revenue targets for 2024 to the branches.
Among the 9 affiliated branches, Hai Phong port area 1 Customs Branch is assigned the highest revenue target of VND19,000 billion. Hai Phong Port Area 1 Border Gate Customs Branch is the main unit carrying out procedures for imported cars to Hai Phong port area, while this is a group of goods contributing large revenue to the State budget. Therefore, in recent years, the Branch has also been the unit assigned the highest revenue target in the entire Department.
Followed by the Hai Phong Port area 3 Customs Branch with a target of VND13,750 billion.
The four remaining branches in the Hai Phong area have specific targets as follows: Hai Phong Port area 2 Customs Branch (VND8,450 billion) Dinh Vu Port Border Gate Customs Branch (VND9,350 billion VND), the Investment and Processing Customs Branch (7,400 billion), Export Processing Zone and Industrial Park Customs Branch (VND850 billion).
3 branches outside Hai Phong area including Hung Yen Customs Branch assigned a target of VND3,700 billion; Hai Duong Customs Branch VND2,720 billion and Thai Binh Customs Branch VND1,270 billion.

In 2023, Hai Phong Customs Department collected VND65,523.3 billion (Hai Phong area alone collected VND), successfully completing the yearly target assigned by the General Department of Customs and Hai Phong City People's Committee.
