Da Nang Customs: Receiving and returning dossiers of establishing inspection point by online

VCN - Recently, Da Nang Customs Department sent a notification to enterprises which stated that the procedures for setting up the inspection point at construction site or the warehouse of the project and manufacture shall be carried out at the department level and on the online public services system at level 4.

Accordingly, Da Nang Customs Department has authorised customs branches to handle, therefore, from March 13, when carrying out procedures for setting up the inspection point at a construction site or the warehouse of the project, manufacture, enterprise could perform on the online public service system at: http://pus.customs.gov.vn and select the processing level: Branch.

Da Nang Customs Department will prioritise dossiers performed on the online public service system for processing.

Regarding documents and vouchers performing on the Online Public Service System, it will be implemented similarly as paper dossiers as prescribed in Article 102 of Circular No.38/2015/TT-BTC dated March 25, 2015 of the Ministry of Finance regulating customs procedures; customs inspection and supervision; import and export duties and tax management for import and export goods.

The vouchers used are e-vouchers. For e-vouchers signed with digital signatures, enterprises do not have to sign and affix stamps before using e-vouchers.

Regarding technical documents and paper vouchers with a volume of more than 10 pages size A4 that cannot be e-documents, customs offices will receive them manually.

The customs authority should return the results of the procedure online, signed with a digital signature of the General Department of Vietnam Customs.

The result of the procedure in the form of electronic documents on the system is the basis for customs units across the country to use synchronously to perform other relevant procedures.

If the system encounters a problem or there is a request from the enterprise, the customs authority should return the results by paper documents.

Da Nang Customs Department also noted the cases with problems, it is suggested the enterprise contact directly with the customs authority where carrying out administrative procedures for receiving instructions.
