Despite the Covid-19 pandemic, Da Nang Customs promptly solved problems in customs procedures and introduced solutions to provide maximum support to import, export, investment and tourism enterprises in Da Nang to help reduce damage caused by the pandemic and congestion of import and export goods, people and means of transport on exit and entry.

In 2021, Da Nang Customs Department carried out procedures for nearly 2,900 enterprises and earned US$3,503 million in trade.

Da Nang Customs has conducted administrative reform in all aspects, reforming institutions, administrative procedures and structural organizations, improving quality of customs leaders and officers, reforming public finance and modernizing administration.

Besides, Da Nang Customs has strengthened the Customs-Business partnership and stakeholders through effective and practical activities that have been appreciated by the business community.

Especially, the department successfully organized the conference on Customs-Business partnership development in 2021 with the participation of nearly 80 import and export enterprises, and entry and exit operators; established a support team to solve problems on customs procedures for import and export goods; disseminated and guided customs laws and other related problems.
