VCN – The leader of General Department of Customs has issued a document to direct its units to launch mass solutions in order to enhance the effectiveness of communication and press in the future.

One of the noteworthy points is that leader of General Department of Customs requested the units to assign a leader of the launch that has ability and enthusiasm in order to in charge of the press and propaganda work.

The assigned leaders of the units have the task of being information hub that coordinating with the General Department of Customs and the Customs News to perform information and communication tasks.

At the same time, it is necessary to firmly grasp the general propaganda plan of the sector, the unit, the "hot" issues in the unit to supplement the unit's monthly plans. Besides that, it is necessary to regularly monitor and receive "hot" information that reflected in the media related to the field and scope of management of the unit for a timely response.

On the other hand, the leaders of the units that are assigned to in charge the press work shall have to preside over the preparation of contents related to the management scope of the units in order to provide information to the press, preside over the dialogue with the press when it has been required by head of the unit or leader of the General Department of Customs.
