Customs sector apply Centralized Personnel Management System to Customs sector

VCN – General Department of Vietnam Customs has issued the regulation on the use of “Centralized Personnel Management System of Customs sector”. Accordingly, from February 2018, the Customs sector will manage work groups in the personnel and organization area on the centralized management system.

It is known that the "Centralized Personnel Management System of Customs sector" is the system applied to manage the work group in the field of personnel. This system manages the recruitment, personnel, signing of the labor contracts; management of training; profile and personnel process; staff policies and organizational structure.

The subjects are State employees and officials in the units under the General Department of Vietnam Customs.

To use this management system, the General Department of Vietnam Customs has issued the principle of decentralization to the management of information on personnel organization in the centralized management system. Besides that, it also provides the principle of updating, managing and exploiting this system.

At the same time, the General Department of Vietnam Customs has also set up a Deployment Group for the Management of Customs Officers with the task of reviewing information and data for the personnel management system; to update, supplement information about individuals, and organizational structure of each unit.
