820 enterprises go through customs procedures across Mong Cai International Border Gate

The Branch has processed 47,685 declarations with a total import and export turnover of US$ 2.1 billion, increasing by 101% in declarations and 5% in turnover.
The Branch’s revenue increased by 10% year-on-year to VND1,065 billion.
These businesses highly appreciate the support and companionship of Mong Cai Border Gate Customs Branch officers.
According to Mong Cai Border Gate Customs Branch, the Branch has reformed and improved transparency in processing customs procedures, regularly organized Customs-Business dialogue conferences, and answered 25 problems of businesses.
In addition, the Branch focuses on setting up the working team to instruct customs policies and procedures and support enterprises; assigns each leader and officer to guide enterprises under product groups, thereby promptly instructing policies and regulations for enterprises to comply with the law and prevent obstacles,
For enterprises importing and exporting new products that need consultation from the customs, the Branch has reviewed the policies on goods management, classification, application of code and tax rate to compile into documents and send them to the importers and exporters via social networks (Zalo, Viber, mail, Facebook) that have been recognized and appreciated by the business community.
Mong Cai Border Gate Customs Branch has checked businesses that have gone through customs procedures at the Branch to identify the causes and find solutions to support, accompany and attract businesses implementing customs procedures in the area.
