2023 WCO 2023 Technology Conference and Exhibition will take place over 3 days.

The conference is divided into 10 plenary sessions and 3 thematic seminar sessions on technology strategies and applications to solve the challenges of global trade, and solutions to build a capable customs system such as cybersecurity and recovery after disaster. From there, ensuring the continuity of customs operations in the digital era, artificial intelligence supports Customs agencies in exploiting big data to improve the effectiveness of risk management activities and facilitate trade.

In particular, the application of blockchain technology to support customs operations, new technologies in goods screening to improve the efficiency of customs control, technology to support trade facilitation in the digital era, Green customs for a sustainable future, promoting customs operations with drones and robots, promoting innovation, etc will be shared specifically by experts and businesses.

At the thematic discussion sessions, experts and speakers will exchange topics such as technology applications in training, green customs, smart customs control solutions, gender equality, data protection, data exchange, etc.

This is the largest annual international conference of WCO, therefore, the speakers invited to the conference are leaders and experts of international organizations related to the field of customs; Leaders and experts of WCO member Customs agencies, especially Customs agencies of developed countries such as the United States, Australia, Netherlands, England, Japan, etc.
