Passengers on exit and entry via Noi Bai International Airport come from many countries and territories in the world.

According to Noi Bai International Customs Branch (under Ha Noi Customs Department), during the Lunar New Year 2019, the Branch assigned Customs officers to perform their duties 24/24 hours to promptly handle and solve procedures, ensuring the facilitation for import and export activities, and exit and entry passengers. Simultaneously, the Branch propagated and instructed people and businesses about its hotlines and phone numbers to solve problems and carry out Customs procedures.

In addition, the Branch also strengthened anti-smuggling and trade frauds, closely controlled and inspected goods imported and exported via aviation. Closely coordinated with competent forces in the area and relevant agencies to ensure the security and facilitate people, international passengers and overseas Vietnamese to Noi Bai International Airport during the Lunar New Year 2019.

From 2 February to the end of 10 February 2019, Noi Bai International Customs Branch carried out Customs procedures for 1,790 entry and exit flights, with 170,000 entry and exit passengers.

Also, the Branch received and processed Customs procedures for 42 export declarations and 33 import declarations, and collected VND 327 million.
