Vietnam Customs organizes test for grant of customs declaration certificate for the 3rd term in 2023

The test for grant of customs declaration certificate for the 3rd term in 202, term 1 in Northern region.

Accordingly, the test is expected to be hold in November at Vietnam Customs school.

The exam content includes three subjects: Customs law, technical operation of foreign trade, Customs technical operation through the computer-based multiple-choice exam. The exam time is 60 minutes/subject.

Vietnam Customs School will receive application for the exam until the end of September 29, during working hours except Saturday and Sunday.

Candidates can submit the application to Vietnam Customs School, the address of Km10 + 395, provincial road 379 Hung Yen - Hanoi, Yen Phu commune, Yen My district, Hung Yen province. The exam board will base on the postmark to determine the valid application.

Candidates only pay the examination fee after the list of candidates registered to take the exam is issued and the payment account number of the Examination Council is notified.

Vietnam Customs School said that candidates exempted from the exam of Customs Law and Customs technical operation subjects are person who have graduated from major in customs at universities and colleges within three years from the issuing date of the diploma; and person who have worked as the lecturer in the Customs field at universities and colleges for five years or more, after finishing working as the lecture (excluding cases of being forced to quit by discipline) and registered to take the exam within 3 years from issuing date of decision on job transfer, retirement or leaving jobs.

Candidates exempted from the exam of the subject of technical operation of foreign trade are those have graduated from majors in foreign trade economics, international trade, foreign economics, international economics or logistics and supply chain management from universities s and colleges within three years from the issuing date of the diploma.

The candidates who have worked as lectures specialized in foreign trade economics, international trade, foreign economics, international economics or logistics and supply chain management at universities and colleges for five years or more, after finishing working as the lecture (excluding cases of being forced to quit by discipline) and registered to take the exam within 3 years from issuing date of decision on job transfer, retirement or leaving jobs.
