Updating images at Noi Bai International Airport preparing for the 33rd ADGCM Meeting
The leader of Noi Bai International Airport Customs Branch said that to prepare for the 33rd ASEAN Directors General of Customs Meeting (ADGCM), the unit was assigned to coordinate and support the organization.
In recent days, the Department's leaders have regularly urged and directed officials and civil servants, and at the same time coordinated with Noi Bai International Airport Authority and relevant competent forces to arrange officers to ensure security and convenient and quick check-in procedures for the delegations as expected.
Accordingly, to contribute to promoting the image and communication for the 33rd ASEAN Customs Directors General Meeting, Noi Bai International Airport Customs Branch requested Noi Bai International Airport (NIA) to support image promotion and communication for the 33rd ASEAN Customs Directors General Meeting.
In many areas at Noi Bai International Airport, trailer videos and promotional images have been played on electronic bulletin boards and advertising screens in the international arrival/departure area of T2 international terminal and other areas of arrival/departure of domestic terminal T1, bringing a beautiful image of Vietnam Customs to customs delegations from other countries.
The 33rd ASEAN Directors General of Customs Meeting (ADGCM) event will be taken place from June 4 to 6 in Phu Quoc City, Kien Giang province.
The conference is a forum for the ASEAN Customs community to strengthen dialogue and consultation with ASEAN dialogue partners to implement goals consistent with the economic development situation in the new period, such as Green Customs, building an ecosystem of customs data, modernizing customs, electronic data exchange, customs management for e-commerce, simplifying customs procedures for low-value shipments ...
In particular, with the role of hosting the most important conference of ASEAN Customs, Vietnam demonstrates that it is a responsible member and fully implements its obligations in the ASEAN region, thereby enhancing the position and role of Vietnam Customs, a pillar member of the ASEAN economic community, strictly implements the policy of proactively participating and promoting Vietnam's role in multilateral mechanisms, including ASEAN.
Accordingly, Vietnam is making efforts to prepare to successfully organize this conference and meetings of the Customs Coordination Committee and Technical Working Groups during the Chairmanship of Vietnam Customs from June 2024 to June 2025, contributing to enhancing Vietnam's position and image among international friends.
