Accordingly, the participants include staff of import and export, accounting, and warehouse management departments of import and export companies that need to be trained on post-clearance audit.
Enterprise administrators who want to have a deep understanding of post-clearance audit to help businesses to comply with the provisions of the law related to import and export activities, towards bringing enterprises to become authorized economic operators, customs brokers, logistic operators and other individuals and organizations.
The training course aims to provide the knowledge and improve the understanding of enterprises on post-clearance audit; help businesses avoid errors and violations.
The course helps businesses make good preparations when Customs performs the post-clearance audit; improve the ability to coordinate with the Customs in post-clearance audit, protect the legitimate interests of enterprises; enhance the level of legal compliance of enterprises, thereby improving the classification results of the compliance level of enterprises, helping enterprises to enjoy benefits in line with their compliance level.
The teachers of Vietnam Customs School will provide basic knowledge in post-clearance audit; the legal framework of the post-clearance audit activities; the purpose and scope of the work; benefits of the post-clearance audit for businesses; the difference between inspection during customs clearance and post-clearance audit; contents of checking records, documents, accounting books and goods inspection.
Introducing the post-clearance audit process and documents for the post-clearance audit and notes when the enterprises are conducting post-clearance audit and suggesting some solutions to help businesses manage the risks that may arise from the audit.
The training course will be held on September 17 and 18 via Zoom application.
