Important goals in Digital Transformation Plan 2024 of General Department of Vietnam Customs include: Effectively implementing Official Dispatch No. 245/TTg-KHTH dated April 17, 2024 of the Prime Minister on promoting digital transformation in the field of customs.
Fully implement digital transformation tasks related to the General Department of Vietnam Customs stated in the Digital Transformation Plan 2024 of Ministry of Finance according to Decision No. 837/QD-BTC dated April 15, 2024 of the Minister of Finance.
Continue to effectively implement the goals approved in Decision No. 2854/QD-TCHQ dated November 20, 2023 of the Director General of Vietnam Customs on amending and supplementing the Digital Transformation Plan of Vietnam Customs until 2025, orientation to 2030; which focuses on building an information technology system to implement digital customs to meet professional requirements in customs clearance.
Creating a strong change in awareness and action of all customs officials and civil servants on digital transformation and application of Industrial Revolution 4.0 technology in state management of customs.
In the Plan, the General Department of Vietnam Customs sets out specific tasks and solutions to successfully implement the Digital Transformation Plan 2024.
