The Government Office has issued Notice 115/TB-VPCP on the conclusion of Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam at the meeting on the extension of registration for drug circulation.
The Deputy Prime Minister requests the Ministry of Health to work with the GDVC to remove obstacles related to customs clearance for drug imports in a timely fashion.
The Ministry of Health is required to work with the Ministry of Finance under the direction of the Prime Minister in Official Dispatch 2262/VPCP-KGVX dated April 12; complete the Report and Draft Decree detailing the implementation of Resolution 12/2021/UBTVQH15 of the National Assembly Standing Committee, and report to the Prime Minister before April 20.
The Deputy Prime Minister also asked the Ministry of Health urgently gather feedback from relevant agencies and individuals, perfect procedures to issue the Circular amending Circular 32/ 2018/TT-BYT dated November 12, 2018 on registration of drug circulation, meeting the principles on referring to international experience and practices; enhancing effectiveness and efficiency in state management, but reducing cumbersome procedures that cause difficulties for people and businesses.
The Ministry of Health is requested to effectively implement the Development Program for the pharmaceutical industry and domestically produced herbal ingredients until 2030, with a vision to 2045 (Decision 376/QD-TTg dated March 17, 2021 of the Prime Minister).
