Quang Ninh Customs connects VASSCM for 23 warehouses and ports

VCN – Quang Ninh Customs Department has launched the Vietnam Automated system for Seaport Customs Management (VASSCM) for 24 warehouses, yards and ports, including two seaports, 21 bonded warehouses and one checkpoint for imports.

Quang Ninh Customs Department has focused on implementing many schemes which are highly appreciated by Quang Ninh Customs Department and the General Department of Vietnam Customs, including the scheme on Vietnam Automated system for Seaport Customs Management.

The launching of the VASSCM at Quang Ninh Customs provides great benefits. The system improves management and operation efficiency of seaport operators and enhanced service quality of customs.

It also reduces the time, cost and documents for customs procedures for importers and exporters and shortens the storage time of goods at ports.

Quang Ninh Customs Department has enhanced the efficiency of administrative procedures by reviewing and evaluating administrative procedures in an effective manner, proposed solutions to cancel, supplement, amend and simplify administrative procedures to meet the requirements of reducing procedures, time, and costs for businesses.
