Businesses satisfied with service by Quang Ninh Customs

745 businesses join the evaluation

After four months (May 15 to September 9), the assessment system for service quality of customs officers of Quang Ninh Customs attracted 745 import and export businesses to participate in the survey.

79% of businesses who opened declarations at all six branches (942 businesses) conducted the assessment on the system.

Of which, Mong Cai border gate Customs Branch recorded 355 businesses, Bac Phong Sing Customs Branch 320 businesses; Hon Gai border gate Customs Branch 266 businesses; Cam Pha Customs Branch 62 businesses; Hoanh Mo Customs Branch 39 businesses and Van Gia border gate Customs Branch 3.

The system divides the service quality into five levels: very satisfied, satisfied, medium, unsatisfied and very unsatisfieAfter finishing customs procedures for each shipment, businesses will conduct their assessment on the customs declaration software (ECUSVNACCS).

The system of Quang Ninh Customs recorded 19,470 assessments over 31,750 import and export declarations.

Up to 99.74% of businesses are very satisfied or satisfied with the service quality of Quang Ninh Customs officers.

Thereby, Quang Ninh Customs also realized comments and suggestions of the business community.

Quang Ninh Customs officers inspected, verified and sanctioned acts of negativity and harassment in public duty of customs officers for those who assessed “very unsatisfied” by businesses.

Representatives of Do Van Company and Exhibition of Chemical Industry., Ltd said they are very satisfied with the service quality of Quang Ninh customs officers.

According to businesses, the launch of the assessment system by Quang Ninh Customs helps businesses access and give feedback in a timely manner to the customs authority.

Further reforming administrative procedures

Quang Ninh Customs has enhanced administrative reform and helped businesses with imports and exports before, during and after the pandemic. Of which, information and technology-related solutions to support customs declarants and taxpayers and connect information with other ministries and governments in handling administrative procedures have been applied effectively.

Quang Ninh Customs has continued to effectively apply e-customs procedures on the VNACCS/VCIS, the online public service system, the e-tax payment and customs clearance 24/7 system; and established the information support team for enterprises to promote dissemination and support enterprises directly and quickly in imports and exports.

Quang Ninh Customs has requested its units to create the best conditions in customs administrative procedures for businesses.

At the same time, the customs agency has actively contacted businesses engaging in import and export through the area and businesses in industrial parks to guide and solve problems for them; and facilitate them in customs clearance.
