VCN – In order to consolidate the partnership of Customs – Enterprise, Nghe An Customs Department signed a cooperation agreement with enterprises operating import and export activities in the area.

Accordingly, Nghe An Customs Department signed a cooperation agreement with Minh Anh – Kim Lien Garment Joint Stock Company, Vietnam BSE Electronic Corporation and MLB Tenrgy Company Limited.

The cooperation program aimed to facilitate the import-export activities of enterprises, improve the efficiency of customs operations, clarify customs operations and improve the quality of handling administrative procedures in the customs field. At the same time, towards building the understanding, consensus between the customs and business community.

At the signing ceremony, Nghe An Customs Department and enterprises agreed on a number of contents: To focus on propaganda and dissemination of legal policies and mechanisms to facilitate import-export activities; assisting enterprises in export activities, facilitating the process of customs procedures, especially for specific types of enterprises’ operations such as processing, export production; reducing time for cargo clearance; assisting enterprises in solving problems in performing the processing of contracts, export production,…

After signing, the parties established a working group of customs - business in order to coordinate for implementing the contents and organize an annual meeting for reviewing on the cooperation results.
