Nghe An Customs catch two people transporting heroin to Hanoi

VCN – Forecasting that people will rent motorbikes to transport drugs to Hanoi for sale, the competent force caught the suspects when they committed illegal acts.

On November 11, after conducting surveillance, the Drug Prevention and Control Patrol Team (Nghe An Provincial Police), Thong Thu Border Post and Anti-drug Enforcement Team (Nghe An Customs Department) arrested two people – Lang Thanh Luan (born in 1979, residing in Kim Khe village, Chau Kim commune, Que Phong district) and Ha Thi My Duyen (born in 2002, residing in the Tang village, Tien Phong commune, Que Phong district) for drug trafficking.

The subjects (x) and heroin are seized

At the scene, the working group seized one brick of heroin weighing 349.71 grams.

Lang Thanh Luan has two previous drug convictions. After carrying out judgment and returning to the locality, Luan continued to connect with people inside and outside the province to establish a line in order to illegally transport drugs to the northern provinces for sale.

Currently, Que Phong District Police are continuing to expand the investigation.
