As of August 15, 2024, the Customs Branch managing Yen Phong Industrial Parks has processed procedures for 199,867 import-export declarations (including on-site declarations).

The total import-export turnover reached US$34.26 billion, including imports of US$16.427 billion and exports of US$17.834 billion.

According to the Customs Branch managing Yen Phong Industrial Parks, many leading corporations in the world have invested in Vietnam and chosen Yen Phong district as the address for development.

Currently, nearly 100 enterprises regularly carry out customs procedures at the unit.

Among them are multinational corporations, "billion-dollar" enterprises such as Samsung Group (including Samsung Electronics Vietnam, Samsung Display...), the world's leading semiconductor corporations such as Amkor, Victory Giant Technology Semiconductor Group, Cayi, 3M...

Amkor Group is implementing a project in Yen Phong 2 Industrial Park - Zone C with a total investment of US$1.6 billion. This is the world's largest semiconductor factory of Amkor Group.

Amkor is a provider of processing, testing, and packaging services for electronic microchip products for chip manufacturers and is a strategic manufacturing partner of many of the world's leading chip companies, chip foundries, and electronic microchips such as Qualcomm, Samsung, NVIDIA, Foxconn, Broadcom, LG, SK Hynix...

Followed by Victory Giant Technology Group, the group invested in the project in VSIP II-Bac Ninh Industrial Park more than US$800 million.

With the strength of research, development, production and trading of high-precision printed circuit boards, Victory Giant Technology Group's products are widely used in fields such as computers, aerospace, automotive electronics, communications, consumer electronics, industrial control, etc.

Yen Phong Industrial Park has been built since 2005, with an initial scale of about 344 hectares (Yen Phong I), in addition to industrial clusters such as Dong Tho Multi-Craft Industrial Cluster, Phong Khe Industrial Cluster, Yen Trung Industrial Cluster.

Currently, Yen Phong industrial parks have completed infrastructure and new buildings:

- Yen Phong expanded industrial park has an area of ​​313.9 hectares;

- Yen Phong II-A industrial park (in the process of construction) has an area of ​​158.8 hectares;

- Yen Phong II-C industrial park (infrastructure completed, many enterprises have built production facilities) has an area of ​​219.2 hectares;

- VSIP II - Bac Ninh Industrial Park (in the process of construction, it is expected that by the end of 2024, enterprises can complete production facilities) has an area of ​​273.2 hectares
