Lang Son: Solving special project and sezing 45 bars of heroin

After a long time for establishing the project, Lang Son police detected a group of people in Thanh Hoa, Hoa Binh and some provinces in Vietnam set a line for trading and consuming heroin cross provinces, countries. The leader of a special project directed police force of criminal investigation on drugs police division, Lang Son police to presided and coordinated with related Department of Ministry of Public Security and professional divisions of Lang Son police to set plan for solving the case.

At 1:30 PM, on 25/10, at km62+500 of 1A highway of Minh Khai village, Chi Lang commune, Chi Lang District, Lang Son province, police officers of Criminal Investigation on Drugs Police Division, Lang Son police coordinated with Tung Dien traffic control station to conduct physical inspection silver Mercedes car with license plate No. 29Z-2024. This car was run on the route of Hanoi-Lang Son. In there, the force arrested 3 people including Ha Van Thoan (was born in 1986) and Ha Cong Hoan (was born in 1985) lives together in Quan Hoa District, Thanh Hoa province; Ha Van Cuong (was born in 1981, lives in Mai Chau district, Hoa Binh province) while they were transporting heroin to China for consumption. The competent forces seized 2 backpacks inside containing 45 bars of heroin with total weight is nearly 15kg.

Currently, Lang Son Police Department is investigating the case in large scale.
