Lang Son Customs: Deploying the automated system for Customs management at 19 warehouses and yards

According to the plan, Lang Son Customs Department will deploy the automated system for Customs management at warehouses and yards of 19 enterprises operating in the province.

Specifically, at Huu Nghi Border Gate there is a warehouse of Xuan Cuong Co., Ltd, and at Coc Nam Border Gate there are 4 warehouses and yards of; Coc Nam Thien Truong Warehouse Investment Joint Stock Company, Quang Tam Co., Ltd, Dat Phat Import/Export and Production Joint Stock Company, and Thanh Trung Co., Ltd.

At Tan Thanh border gate, there are 6 warehouses and yards of Thinh Vuong One member Co., Ltd, Viet Trung International Transportation Service Joint Stock Company, Van Son Co., Ltd, Thuan Phat Lang Son Trading Co., Ltd, Thanh Phat and Thien Loc Investment and Development Joint Stock Company.

At Chi Ma Border gate, there are 8 warehouses and yards of Thang Long Investment and Development Joint Stock Company, Tuan Minh Co., Ltd, Tran Quang Nghia One Member Co., Ltd, Vinh Long Construction Co., Ltd, Quang Phat Trading Export and Import One Member Co., Ltd, Hoang Son Import Export and Service Co., Ltd, Bac Kinh Bonded Warehousing Joint Stock Company and Kim Phuc Ha Co., Ltd.

According to Lang Son Customs Department, in order to implement the orientation of the Customs sector, the Department has requested the border gate customs branches to strengthen and improve the effectiveness of information technology application in strict management and supervision for goods in and out and stored at warehouses and yards, contributing to reducing the goods release time, cost, papers and moving expenses. At the same time, enhance the automation of IT systems in supporting the inspection, comparison, risk assessment, supervision and control at their units.

Accordingly, Lang Son Customs Department has requested border gate Customs units to deploy the system before September 30 2018 for centralized checkpoints and before November 30 2018 for bond warehouses.

Also, Lang Son Customs Department has requested border gate Customs to notify the plan to units’ officers and relevant enterprises. At the same time, take the initiative in coordinating with warehouse and yard operators in the management area, and implement the installation of software and connect the system before September 20 2018.

Particularly, border-gate customs units should assign officers to urge and inspect the deployment of warehouse and yard operators in installing the terminal software, and coordinate with enterprises in testing the functions after the successful connection.
