The subjects which are managed, supervised and examined include: enterprises engaged in the business of prize-winning electronic games for foreigners in Ho Chi Minh City; persons eligible for playing these games and the persons who are permitted to enter facilitates for doing the business of prize-winning electronic games for foreigners; and other organizations and individuals related to the business of prize-winning electronic games.

The contents of managing, supervising and inspecting include: business facilities; operation time, the number, the type and categories; management of gaming equipment and tokens; purchase, re-export and destroying tokens and gaming equipment; management of the persons eligible for playing these games and the persons who are permitted to enter facilitates; buildings and issuing the regulations on the internal management and control and game rules; management of payment and foreign exchange, Internal regulations on anti-money laundering; the compliance of reporting regulations; and the payment of tax and fees.
