VCN – Quang Ninh Customs force has arrested a truck owner was hired to transport 130 barrels of smuggled enameled tile.

At 12:20 PM, on 2/8, in the area of Hai Hoa Ward, Mong Cai City, Quang Ninh province, Customs – Border Defense interdisciplinary force under Customs Enforcement Unit No.1 inspected and found that N.C.C (was born in 1988, live in Binh Minh Commune, Thanh Oai district, Hanoi) was transported 130 barrels without licensed for proving legal origin on the truck with license plate No. 14C-050.32.

In there, N.C.C claimed that the shipment that carried on the truck was 130 barrels of enameled tile made by China. He was hired to transport that cargo from TP. Mong Cai to Tien Yen district, Quang Ninh to get money for an unknown woman

During the inspection time, Cuong could not present any legal invoices, documents proving the source of the shipment.

The integrated Control Unit No 1 has made a record of administrative violation against N.C.C in accordance with regulations.
