VCN – Hanoi Customs Department has suspended the direct receiving and returning results of applications during the implementation of Directive 17 dated July 23, 2021 of the Chairman of Hanoi City People's Committee.

The department’s direction aim to implement Official Dispatch 2398 of the central government on the implementation of measures to receive and return results of administrative procedures at the one-stop-shop unit at all levels to prevent and control the Covid-19 pandemic.
For applications received and processed before July 23, 2021, individuals and organizations should contact official Nguyen Thi Bich Ngoc (phone: 0912.327.228) to receive the results via the Postal System.
Hanoi Customs Department will accept applications of residents and businesses via the postal system.
Regarding administrative procedures for pandemic prevention and control, public affairs and diplomacy, if they cannot be performed through the postal system, they will be received directly at the one-stop-shop.
Individuals carrying out procedures must strictly keep a distance of at least 2m.
Only one individual is allowed at one time at the one-stop-shop.
