Hanoi Customs Department conducts its work quickly, efficiently and accurately

To implement measures to enhance administrative rules and discipline, the Hanoi Customs Department has requested subordinate departments to publicize and popularize policies and directions of all levels of the Prime Minister’s Directive No.26/CP-TTg dated September 5, 2016 on strengthening the rules and discipline in State administrative authorities at all levels; solutions for personnel management under Central Resolution 4 XI; the Political Bureau Directive No.05-CT/TW on “promoting learning and comply with the ideology, morality and style of Ho Chi Minh”.

To implement this requirement, subordinate departments need to enhance the role and responsibilities of leaders, regular organize to examine and closely monitor the implementation of rules and discipline in their units, and define the maintenance and compliance of administrative rules and discipline as one of the key tasks. They need to detect and timely reorganize and propose the cases of violation of Customs officers and staff under management.

Building a detailed plan and reviewing, supplementing, completing the regulations of units, and proposing the working process in performing duties. Arrange work suitable for qualification of the officials in the units aiming to improve the quality of work.

The Hanoi Customs Department needs to be aware of educating the ideology for Customs officials who are fully aware of the sector’s tradition, self-improve on morality, lifestyle, the level of professional qualifications, working style and strictly comply with provisions on working hours and Customs uniform, handling work quickly, efficiently and accurately in procedure and process, provisions of the law and commitments in the “Client service charter”.

The Department is also determined to build the image of Customs as professional, elegant, and civilized, striving to accomplish assigned political tasks in 2016.
