Ha Noi Customs records US$56.87 billion in trade

The trade in goods at Ha Noi Customs Department rose by 24.2% compared with the year ago. In October alone, the export and import turnover showed a month-on-month increase of 2.2% and 2.9%, respectively.
From the early year of 2022, the number of import and export declarations processed by the department’s customs branches grew by 6% to over 1.3 million declarations compared with the previous year.
The figure has helped the department’s revenue achieve positive results. In the first half of November, the department’s revenue increased 4.5% of the estimate to VND28,64 billion, exceeding by 16.7% year-on-year.
Hanoi Customs Department’s revenue grew by 13.2% to VND21,732 billion compared with the previous year, meeting 99.2% of the estimate.
