At the same time, the General Department of Customs also requested units to fix the announcement at the border gate and informed widely on the mass media. So that enterprises that have export – import activities know the timeframe, and come to do procedures.
Besides that, the General Department of Customs also sent a document to the State Bank and all commercial banks to collaborate with the General Department of Customs in revenue collection. Furthermore, suggesting banks to arrange places and working time for collection, encouraging enterprises to do payments via Internet banking; provide a list of tax collection points and arrange working overtime on Saturdays and Sundays in order to facilitate enterprises in export tax payment, and goods clearance.
According to statistics from the General Department of Customs, by the end of December 21th 2016, State budget revenues of the entire Customs sector achieved over 258 trillion VND, reached 95.34% of the assigned targets, and 93.82% of the assigned target of the Communist Party’s Committee of Finance. In the context of rushing time, there are only a few days left to complete the task of collecting the State budget, the General Department of Customs continuously issues documents to direct units in deploying the task of collecting until the last day of the year.
