At the same time, it has conducted a survey to collect information from state management agencies and operating units in the management area, import and export enterprises, and travel and tourism businesses relating to passengers on exit and entry of the country in order to provide practical solutions that are appropriate to the needs and desires of agencies and partners.

Besides that, the content of the project is quite specific and evaluated comprehensively in all activities of the unit to recommend specific solutions.

Furthermore, Mr. Hoa encouraged all customs officials and employees to make more efforts and determination to achieve the project's objectives: civilization, friendliness and politeness in parallel with openness and convenience but it must improve management capacity.
