VCN - The Ministry of Finance has sent a written request to ministries, ministerial-level agencies, Government agencies, people’s committees of provinces and centrally run cities, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; Vietnam Federation of Trade and Industry; related organizations and businesses on the consultation on the Decree on information sharing under the National Single Window (NSW) mechanism.

Centralized data storage and management

According to the draft, the information sharing under the NSW mechanism among stakeholders, including state agencies; state agencies and organizations; Vietnam and foreign agencies and organizations aims to carry out international agreements and treaties on the exchange of information and electronic documents.

Information and data related to exported, imported, in-transit goods, people and means of transport on exit, entry and in transit shared through the NSW Portal are archived and managed according to the centralized database on the NSW Portal and are shared, exploited and used for stakeholders.

Information shared through the NSW Portal includes information directly and indirectly related to the implementation of administrative procedures under the NSW mechanism by state agencies, provided by the state organizations and agencies; information related to passengers, goods and means of transport on exit, entry, export, import or transit; and information exchanged between Vietnam and foreign partners according to international agreements and treaties on the exchange of information and electronic documents.
