According to Cam Ranh International Airport Customs Branch, in the first days of Lunar New Year, the number of international visitors to Khanh Hoa by air surged with about 70 immigration flights per day carrying nearly 13,000 passengers.

During the seven days of the Lunar New Year holiday alone (from February 7 to February 14, 2024), Cam Ranh International Airport Customs Branch processed customs procedures for nearly 550 flights, with over 100,000 passengers and flight attendants.

In addition, Khanh Hoa also welcomed a large number of international visitors by sea. On February 16 (the 7th day of the Lunar New Year), the international cruise Seven Seas Explorer (Mashall Island nationality) brought 700 tourists to Khanh Hoa. This is the third consecutive cruise to Khanh Hoa in the early days of the lunar new year. Previously, on February 14 and 15, the Diamond Princess cruise (British nationality) carried 2,600 passengers and the Celebrity Solstice cruise (Malta nationality) carried nearly 2,800 international passengers to Nha Trang.

From the beginning of 2024 until now, Khanh Hoa has welcomed 10 cruise ships with more than 20,000 tourists. It is expected that from now until the end of February, 2024 other three ships are going to Khanh Hoa, including the super-cruise ship Spectrum Of The Seas with a capacity of nearly 4,300 passengers. According to the plan, in 2024, Khanh Hoa will welcome 44 international cruise ships.
