Accordingly, the GDVC issued decisions for Dai Phat Logistics Production and Trading Company Limited in Bac Giang; Customs Service Logistics Global Joint Stock Company in Ho Chi Minh City; Sao Khue Logistics Company Limited in Ho Chi Minh City; Nguyen Chau Trading and Service Company Limited in Ho Chi Minh City; Hanoi Branch-Bao Han Forwarding Company Limited in Hanoi; REVIVE International Production and Trading Company Limited in Dong Nai; A.N.C Commodity Service and Trading Company Limited in Ho Chi Minh City; TNG Solutions Company Limited in Hanoi.
These Customs brokers are responsible for complying with the provisions of the Customs Law and Circular 12/2015/TT-BTC dated January 30, 2015 of the Ministry of Finance providing procedures for issuance of certificate of training in customs declaration; issuance and revocation of customs broker code; procedures for recognition and operation of customs brokers, amended and supplemented by Circular 22/2019/TT-BTC dated April 16, 2019.
