On 7th March, Nam at Hai Port, Unit 1 of Anti-smuggling and Investigation Department (under the GDVC) chaired and coordinated with Online Customs Supervision Division (Division 3 of Anti-smuggling and Investigation Department), Hai Phong Port Customs Branch Zone 3 and Customs Enforcement Team (under Hai Phong Customs Department) to inspect cargo in the container No.TEMU8410080 with Bill of Lading No. JJHHP00864 and Bill of Lading No. JHKGHAI170570 transported in VENUS C ship No. 1742S arriving at Nam Hai Port, Hai Phong on 25th October 2017, and Gemadept Hai Phong One Member Company Limited is the forwarder .
The name of consignee in the Bill of lading No. JJHHP00864 of the shipment in the container No.TEMU8410080 is GSL Logistics Co., Ltd, address: Room 15, Floor 7, Thanh Dat Building, No. 3 Le Thanh Tong, May To Ward, Ngo Quyen District, Hai Phong. The name of consignee in the Bill of lading No. JHKGHAI170570 is Minh Tan Import Export Trading Investment Co., Ltd, address: No 7, 344/95 Lane, Ngoc Thuy Street, Ngoc Thuy Ward, Long Bien District, Ha Noi, Viet Nam).
In the inspection result the Customs force detected 66 packages of plastic scrap in the container weighing about 15 tons.
